Administration

Veronica Grimaldo serves the students at Los Fresnos Elementary as Principal. She has been part of the Los Fresnos CISD family since 2015. During her career in public education that began in 2003, she has served as a paraprofessional, teacher, assistant principal and has been principal at Los Fresnos Elementary since 2019. Ms. Grimaldo received her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies degree from University of Texas at Brownsville and her Master of Science Educational Management from University of Houston Clear Lake.

Elizabeth Delgado serves the students at Los Fresnos Elementary as an Assistant Principal/Instructional Officer. She has been part of the Los Fresnos CISD family since 2026. During her career in public education that began in 2011, Mrs. Delgado served as a second, third, and fourth grade bilingual teacher. Prior to their current role, she was an Instructional Coach in Harlingen CISD at Austin and Sam Houston IB World Schools since 2022. Mrs.Delgado received her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies degree from The University of Texas at Brownsville and her Master of Reading from The University of Texas at Brownsville.
