Our School
Los Fresnos Elementary School is located in the heart of the Los Fresnos, Texas community on Texas Highway 100, nestled among the district’s three oldest campuses. This close-knit community embraces the motto, “LFE is the place to be!”
The original Los Fresnos Elementary building was constructed in 1915 as a one-room schoolhouse, and it now sits on the site of the playground for Los Cuates Middle School. The current campus was built in 1985, with additions and renovations occurring in 1951, 1967, and 1995.
LFE serves students in Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade. The school’s mascot is the Lil’ Falcons, and the proud principal is Veronica Grimaldo.
